保障筆記 (“we”, “us”) is an educational publisher about Hong Kong insurance and personal finance. This website has no login, forms, or tracking, and we do not collect personal data from visitors.

YouTube API Services

Our backend tool uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API v3, youtube.upload scope) only to upload our own educational videos to our own YouTube channel. We do not access, collect, store, or share any other user’s YouTube account data, content, or analytics.

• By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
• We do not use YouTube API data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties.

Authorization Tokens We Store

To upload our own videos, a single OAuth token belonging to the channel owner is stored securely on our own server. It is used solely to upload videos to that same channel. No other personal information is stored.

Data Retention & Deletion

• The channel owner can revoke our app’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or the YouTube security settings page https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revoking immediately invalidates the stored token.
• Upon revocation or on request, we delete the stored OAuth token from our server.
• We do not retain any YouTube API data beyond the token needed to upload our own videos.

Third-Party Platforms

When you view our content on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, your activity is governed by each platform’s own privacy policy.
